What does it mean for products to be STANDARD 100 certified by OEKO-TEX®?

Our products are tested for the presence of harmful substances and have the prestigious STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate. Fulfillment of the conditions for granting the STANDARD 100 certificate by OEKO-TEX® guarantees high product safety and brings customer confidence.

During certification, products go through a rigorous testing process.

The products are tested for the presence of lead, arsenic, pesticides, phthalates and many other chemicals. These include the following substances:

• chlorinated phenols
• carcinogenic dyes
• AZO dyes
• allergy dyes
• VOC
• heavy metals
• and more

The OEKO TEX Standard 100 certificate can be assigned to a specific product or raw materials used for its production.

Products that have successfully passed the test will receive the OEKO TEX 100 certificate. The certificate guarantees that these products don’t contain allergenic dyes, pesticides, chlorinated phenols, heavy metals, formaldehyde, chloroorganic carriers and also have a pH value harmless to the skin.

OEKO TEX Standard 100 certification is voluntary and must be renewed periodically (once a year). The certification process is performed by independent laboratories.
